Describe the Issue:
Please provide as much detail as possible, including:
• Fault symptoms: For example, “drying rod cannot be raised or lowered,” “remote control unresponsive,” “indicator light not working,” etc.
• Occurrence frequency: Does it happen occasionally or persistently?
• Device model: You can find this on the machine label or in the manual (e.g., ORLANT-X5).
