  • Service refers to the Service provided by Orlant International as described in the relative terms (if available) and on this platform.

Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Orlant International. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you're exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Orlant International. We'll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Orlant International, you agree to the terms set forth below, along with Orlant International's Privacy Policy.

If there's something wrong with the product/service you bought or are unhappy with, you have two weeks to issue a refund and return your product/service.

The return and refund policy applies to local purchases only. If the product is shipped out of Singapore, warranty, return, and refund policies will not be used.

If you would like to return a product, the only way would be to follow the following guidelines:

You may refund/return your order for any of the following reasons:

  • For systems that are defective/damaged upon arrival, please contact us.

Here are the general requirements for returns:

  • Proof of purchase (invoice order number and payment receipt).
  • The system must be in its original state and condition, along with all original accessories (e.g., remote control and charging cable) and any gifts received with it.

Here follows the condition(s) when the system is non-returnable:

  • Intentional misuse or abuse of the system, including failure to properly maintain or Service
  • Power surges, electrical storm damage, or incorrect power supply
  • Malfunction caused by improper disassembling, modification, or repairing by 3rd party
  • Incorrect, improper, or inappropriate operation
  • Insect or vermin infestation
  • Accidental damage due to owner's negligence
  • Exterior damages caused by chemical fumes or sharp objects
  • Intentional modification or cosmetic amendments of the system

Un-installation and return delivery charges will not be charged. Drill holes left behind by the system after uninstallation will be patched up. However, painting services will not be provided.


We at Orlant International commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every product you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects, and packaged carefully. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.

Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) you choose in stock or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you purchased it via online payment (not cash on delivery), you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.

We carry out thorough quality checks before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time, we ensure that the packing is good so that the items won't get damaged during transit. Please note that Orlant International is not liable for damages caused to the items during transit or transportation.

We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it, and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will issue a refund for your purchase. Your refund may take a few days to process, but you will be notified when you receive your money.


Orlant International is not responsible for overseas and return shipping costs. Every shipping has to be paid for by the customer; even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.

Changes To Our Return & Refund Policy

Should we update, amend, or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies? 退款和退货必须在交货之日起 30 天内完成。 可能影响翻新或可用性的系统故意修改或外观修改将使系统退货政策条款失效。

不收取卸载和退货运费。 卸载后系统留下的钻孔将被修补。 但不提供喷漆服务。

每次购买允许进行一次一对一换货。 除非换货系统出现故障,否则将无法再进行换货或退款。

  2. 我们将在收到您退回的系统之日起 10 天内,根据向我们的客户服务团队强调的原因处理您的退款或换货。
  3. 退款将通过与原始购买时相同的付款方式进行。 对于现金付款,将改为通过电子银行转账进行。
