Terms and conditions:

1. The purchaser is required to register WITHIN 7 DAYS from the date of purchase with Design 29 by returning Design 29’s portion which MUST be filled in and be duly endorsed by the dealer with their stamp.
2. The purchaser is required to notify Design 29 WITHIN 7 DAYS from the date of purchase on any damaged, dented, scratches or missing parts.
3. This warranty is valid only if the serial number appearing on the product has not been altered, defaced or removed.
4. This warranty does not cover damages arising from or due to acts of God, accident, corrosion, misuse, unauthorized alteration or repairs by unauthorized person without the knowledge or approval of Design 29.
5. This warranty does not cover damages to the appliance or parts caused by overloading.
6. The decision of Design 29 on all question relating to defects, workmanship or materials is respecting Orlant products should be final and conclusive and the Purchaser hereby agrees to abide by Design 29’s decision.
7. If you have difficulty in operating the set, please contact your dealer first or refer to the guidelines before seeking assistance from our Customer Service Division.
8. Please keep your ORIGINAL PURCHASE RECEIPT and present it for verification when servicing is required.
9. This warranty is valid only in respect of Orlant Products purchased in the Republic of Singapore.
10. Warranty Period (Labour & Parts):
    
    
    • 1 month : Consumable products - UV Light, Light Tubes, Batteries
    • 1 year   : ALL Except consumable products
    • 2 years  : Motor
    
    
    
11. Transportation cost of $25 (exclusive GST) applied during warranty period for normal working days.
    
    
    • Monday to Friday : 9.00am to 6.00pm.
    • Additional charges applied during Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
